WHO Grant Application
Applying for a WHO Grant is simple, but it does require preparation. Below you’ll find everything you will likely need for the process, the documents required, and the timeline to expect.
How to Apply
- Check eligibility – Review the grant criteria to make sure you qualify.
- Complete the online form – Applications are submitted through our secure online application form. We can check your eligibility for the current ECO scheme while we wait for the details of the new scheme
- Submit supporting documents – Send all required files when prompted by our advisors.
- Confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirmation once your application has been received and if your application is successful.
Documentation Needed
To complete your application, you’ll be asked to provide:
- A completed application
- Proof of income
- Resident status
- Details regarding your home’s characteristics
- Landlord agreement if living in a rented home
Timeline
- Application opens: ECO open now | WHO expected Apr 2026
- Review period: 3 days
- Decision notification: Applicants will be informed by phone or email
- Work commencement: Within 2 weeks of application acceptance
